Trullo Sovrano Exclusive B&B

Simply a DREAM. We stayed inside the trullo with a private jacuzzi: an oasis of peace, relaxation, and tranquility. Breakfast with delicious and always fresh local products. Impeccable cleanliness. Michele, the owner, made us feel like we were at home: always available, polite, ready to satisfy every need. Absolutely a SOVEREIGN TRULLO ❤️

The property is a perfect mix of tradition and modernity, where nothing is truly missing and the beauty of the landscape reverberates in every detail found inside the masseria. The scents of the vegetation, of aromatic plants like fresh basil and of the olive and fig trees will make the atmosphere truly relaxing, even bucolic. The excellent Michele and his staff are truly welcoming, capable, sharp, quick, and discreet in taking care of the guests, even when they are very demanding as in our case. Our 11 days were so magical that they seemed very short, as if we had stepped out of another parallel dimension where time flows differently. I will close by saying that if what you are looking for is a splendid place to use as a base in an area from which you will have more than half of Puglia less than an hour away, this is certainly the place for you. A small piece of advice for those who are not familiar with a masseria and tend to be too protective of their vehicle: you will fortunately park between soil and trees, not on slabs of concrete, and besides being normal, it will also be beautiful; obviously, this will also mean that the car will need to be cleaned at the end of the vacation. Be aware of this, so you don't have to regret not having thought of the obvious before booking.

We stayed here for 6 days (early August 2026) and slept in the Trullo (room 313). This is a small-scale B&B run by Michele that puts you at ease from the first minute. He welcomes you with open arms and makes the effort to show you the most beautiful places in the region on a map (which you can keep). The room was cool. There is air conditioning but it has rarely been used (despite the fact that there were days up to 36 degrees). The room is spacious, with fridge and nice bathroom, also good beds. We slept wonderfully there! Breakfast is very good with everything you wish for (on request eggs are fried). Fresh bread, juices, cake, cake, cheese, ham, jam, etc... in short, everything you need to get a good start to the day! The location is also very good. In a radius of one hour you can really easily fill a week. There is also a lovely swimming pool with good sun loungers and plenty of shade. There is also the possibility to stay for dinner (home restaurant). We did this once. It was very tasty, they chose to bring typical puglian dishes (tapa's actually because we got 10 plates), highly recommended! What was definitely recommended was the cooking class we took. MIchele perfectly explains how to make foccacia, also orecchiette (pasta) and a local delicacy. Very nice to do! So the good criticisms of the other visitors were certainly justified!
