Best Western Hotel Dei Cavalieri

Disappointing hotel. The reception staff was unpleasant, no one smiled. I also understand the lack of servers in the restaurant, especially at breakfast. The rooms are clean and well-organized, but the air conditioning needs to be adjusted. The food was not worthy of a cafeteria, nor a four-star establishment, and the breakfast buffet was cramped. Stale croissants, not-so-fresh cold cuts, and the worst: only one coffee machine. The breakfast was a real disaster because we were many in a confined space. The dishes were quickly depleted, and the two overwhelmed servers were unable to restock them.

The hotel is located just outside Barletta and has good outdoor parking. There is also the possibility of a paid covered garage. The room is not brand new, but overall it is good. The breakfast is varied, but the quality of the food could be improved (especially the pastries and cappuccino). The staff is somewhat detached.

The hotel is not very close to the center and the sea of Barletta (20/30 minutes on foot), but it has a large internal parking lot. The staff is very helpful and well-prepared. Very simple accommodations, but essential. Perhaps a bit sprawling due to the large size and the dual structure where the rooms are arranged. Well-equipped in terms of extra services (gym, small but equipped, pool, and wellness area). Good breakfast, especially the tarts.
