Pool not usable due to dirty water

Hotel with a good location, surrounded by greenery, we stayed in a large room, the bathroom was also very large. The pools are beautiful, one small and one large. Clean and welcoming structure, varied breakfast buffet. I recommend it, good value for money. I would have just liked to find some fresh water in the room upon our arrival.

Arriving in a lobby full of people and without air conditioning, we waited 40 min for check-in.. the lady at the reception was very helpful, poor thing, she had been left alone to manage many arrivals.. after check-in they accompanied us to the room, cute and really very clean. We were at the pool for the end of the afternoon, the lifeguard/bartender was very helpful and also very nice, bar prices very questionable, we were quite relaxed, if it weren't for the fact that the pool is not very clean. Sunday morning's breakfast was quite abundant, both savory and sweet, the waitresses were very helpful, the cleanliness of the room was absolutely impeccable, we had a quick lunch with some salads, good with fairly normal prices. All in all, it wasn't bad, recommended...
