This hotel is a joke, 4 star? No way. Our floor was stained with black marks, was filthy and black marks on the walls. We reserved a 3 person room and got two small dirty stinky rooms connected through a glass small hallway. There was no a/c working and it was over 90 degrees in the room. The staff could not find an a/c unit that worked to replace it. There are no phones in the rooms and you have to walk across the block to reception. After trying to find 2 a/c's to replace the one not working, they decided to put us up in another hotel. They called while I was standing there and confirmed us a room, so we packed up and dragged out luggage back out into the heat, down the road. When I went in to turn in the key, they said sorry, was a mistake so we dragged out luggage back up the road and up the stairs to the rooms. They comp'd us a dinner for this mistake but it make us all have diarrhea! Photos are not what it looks like, its really run down and dirty. What a horrible experience!!
