We had chosen this restaurant well in advance — 6 months — to celebrate an important moment: our son’s confirmation. All regularly booked and documented. At the appointment , among other things granted us a few days before the event, despite the countless reminders through messages and emails, the sad surprise: incomplete booking, probably non-existent. No preparation, no management. 30 guests arranged in an improvised and arranged way in a service corner, far from what should be a welcome worthy of such an event. A mistake can happen. The difference is the professionalism with which it is remedied. Here we found: absence of attention, no real assumption of responsibility, and a cold, disrespectful attitude. Our word has been questioned several times, both on the number of guests, and on the choice of rooms, which he said would never, ever be granted to us (literally words), for so few people. Sorry to say, especially for those who have known this place for a long time: when the mother was there, it was a different story. Today, a simple certainty remains: Professionalism is not a detail. And most importantly, it's not water. For important events, you need reliability and seriousness. Here, unfortunately, we did not find it.

We turned to Masseria Pizzofalcone Relais for our wedding day celebrated on June 9, 2025. The owner Giada made possible , thanks to her great professionalism and kindness, the realization of our dream coming against our needs. What to say? A smart woman of heart. We appreciated the availability, the Welcoming, the organization really everything very perfect: a magical place, unique, elegant, refined, tasteful throughout, impeccable location and food, high quality food (rarely have I eaten so well and tastefully) accompanied by an atmosphere nothing short of lovely... happy with the choice we could not ask for better if we thank you for making our most beautiful day unforgettable!

Ancient farmhouse in the heart of Salento with attention to detail, a true oasis of peace between olive trees and land. Spacious and clean spaces, cozy and spacious room, equipped with every comfort. Really excellent breakfast with fresh produce and lots of home made cakes baked every morning. Well-kept outdoor areas with large pool where you can comfortably spend the day in the farm. Staff always present and very friendly. Really nice experience!
