My partner and I spent 9 days in this beautiful and very well-kept property, taking advantage of the half-board service. We had a very good time: the staff is very kind, helpful, and professional, starting from the reception, in particular Mr. Roberto. The food is delicious, with a rich buffet for both breakfast and dinner, a choice between two first courses and two second courses, and finally a fruit and dessert buffet. We would like to thank all the very kind chefs and waiters who work hard to satisfy the customers as best as possible, in particular Alessandro, who is very nice and friendly. Every morning the cleaning ladies come by to clean and tidy up the rooms. In conclusion, it was a great vacation and the place is highly recommended!

I stayed at this resort with my family, the property is immense in the greenery, everything is really very well-kept, the cleanliness is impeccable, the breakfast is abundant from sweet to savory, the staff is really very kind and friendly. Highly recommended!!

If I could give zero stars, I would do it without hesitation. It is unacceptable that a facility that defines itself as 4 stars offers such poor service. What was supposed to be a family vacation turned into an experience to forget. The room was handed over to us dirty and the cleaning remained insufficient for the entire stay. Maintenance is practically non-existent: the toilet flush box came off falling directly into the toilet, an absurd episode that shows how neglected the facility is. The pool was full of ants. I find it shameful that a resort of this level is not able to guarantee adequate hygienic conditions in an area used by adults and children. The dining chapter deserves a separate mention. The food was terrible and, in particular, the pasta with ground meat gave off a nauseating smell, such as to make one doubt the freshness of the meat. A disgusting experience that completely compromised trust in the quality of the kitchen. The most serious thing, however, was the absolute lack of attention towards the guests. Every problem reported was met with superficiality and without any real desire to find a solution. No availability, no attention to the customer, no attempt to remedy the inconveniences caused during the stay. From a 4-star resort one expects professionalism, cleanliness, maintenance and a service up to par. Here I found the exact opposite. It was one of the worst vacation experiences I have ever had and I do not recommend this facility to anyone.
