I can only strongly advise against this property. Our experience with Tenuta San Francesco was disastrous due to extremely unprofessional and dishonest management. Everything started after we made a reservation through Airbnb. The owner contacted us claiming that the price was incorrect and asking us to cancel the reservation on the platform to proceed directly with them, promising a discount for the inconvenience. We trusted them, staying in constant contact and receiving repeated confirmations of our stay at the property. On the day of arrival, while we were traveling, we tried to contact the owner to coordinate, but we hit a brick wall: he stopped answering calls, limiting himself to a few sporadic messages on WhatsApp. After making us waste precious time, he had the nerve to deny any agreement, pretending that we did not have any reservation and contradicting the confirmations he had given us previously. We suddenly found ourselves without accommodation while we were traveling, forced to frantically look for another place to stay at the last minute, paying a significantly higher price to be able to guarantee a place to sleep for our family, including a 4-year-old child. I find it unacceptable that a property treats its guests in this way. These are unprofessional, unreliable and, in my opinion, deeply rude people. Do not rely on them if you want to avoid finding yourself in stressful situations and dealing with unexpected problems caused exclusively by their total lack of professionalism. Terrible management from every point of view.

The exterior setting is pretty and will be more beautiful when everything is finished parking deserves to have solar panels to protect kes cars and save the eggplant. We wanted to pay on arrival with the credit card and it did not work to our surprise. We paid in cash. We asked if it was possible to have dinner there. The pasta in the oven was much overcooked the fish was good but I would say that the value for money is not good for a 3 star hotel. Especially since at the time of payment, no credit card worked while after our passage they operated elsewhere without doing anything. They had to change their VPE or have it revised. We refused to pay in cash and made a transfer because we do not accept that such an establishment wants to defraud. Fortunately the breakfast was very good. As for the room, a little disappointed because no product for the shower. Luckily we had our own. Disappointed for a three-star hotel because the bathroom mirror is damaged, the taps are full of traces of limestone like everything else in stainless steel that should be shiny for this kind of establishment. And the matrimonial bed is an assembly of two beds.

Very nice environment and attention to detail. Beautiful Estate with an imperative : roots , wellness and local cuisine. I travel all over Italy for work and for the first vokta I find myself really hard to do a review. As I write the scent of a slice of chocolate and raspberry cake puts me on the ropes. In short : very good raw materials, very very good in the kitchen .... at the table there 'an extra virgin olive oil and' among the best on the planet . As for the room qs evening the service and 'entrusted to Marika ..... very good attentive and fast ..... very professional ....... a girl who could be the maitre d . and that's it .
