The property is very welcoming and well-kept, but the real magic of this place has a name (or rather, many names): the entertainment staff! The icing on the cake of this vacation was undoubtedly the team. A huge and well-deserved round of applause goes to the manager, Fabiana Fiorita. A true force of nature! With her inexhaustible energy, her extreme professionalism, and her charisma, she manages to coordinate the activities to perfection, creating a magical and welcoming atmosphere from the very first day. Under her leadership, the entire resort comes to life. But a great captain needs an exceptional team, and the guys were simply extraordinary. I want to thank these fantastic guys one by one: Alessio and Giosuè: Overwhelming and always ready to get a laugh. Katia, Luisa, Viviana and Silvia: A concentrate of sweetness, energy and skill, capable of making everyone dance and have fun. Filippo, Ivan, Francesco and Mirko: Tireless, very nice and always present with the right verve, from sports tournaments on the beach to evening shows. What makes them special? They managed to turn every single moment of the day into a party, demonstrating crazy talent in the evening shows (very well-cared-for and never banal) and unique attention towards every single guest. They are always present, smiling and engaging, but never intrusive, also respecting those who simply want to enjoy some relaxation. They knew how to bond with us guests, making us feel part of a big family. In short: a wonderful vacation, but made memorable by these exceptional guys. Organization and courtesy are at home, fantastic catering, excellent room cleaning, Puglia's sea always🔝🔝

The rooms are absolutely not those of a 4-star village. The serious problem with this village is the absence of shaded areas; you walk all day under the sun. The entertainment is nice, but the food is a bit lacking for a four-star resort. Another drawback is the all-inclusive drinks from dispensers.
