Eden

Very disappointing experience. My stay, even if short, left me with a deep sense of discomfort. The room was not adequately cleaned, the property appeared neglected, and breakfast offered very little variety. The shower, unfortunately, also only provided cold water, making it impossible to experience the stay with a minimum of comfort. Dirt was also evident in the common areas, making them barely usable and barely livable. The terrace where we had breakfast was splendid, even if in an obvious state of disrepair. What weighed even more was the moment I expressed my complaints to the staff. I was told that they were unjustified and that I should have reported them on the first day, without anyone showing the slightest willingness to listen or to accommodate me. Not even a simple apology. On the contrary, upon seeing the photos I had taken, I perceived an attitude of haughtiness and annoyance that made me feel even more alone in my experience. In 2026, it is truly discouraging to find oneself in such a precarious situation, without the possibility of protection or understanding, especially when the price requested is clearly higher than the quality of the services actually received. An experience that leaves bitterness, because it would take so little to prevent a guest from feeling so helpless in the face of such an obvious injustice. Date of stay: August 2026

The location is in a spectacular spot. All the staff (from reception to breakfast, everyone is extremely helpful and fantastic), but the property is truly dilapidated. From the cleanliness of the room to the details of every place. A hotel that has remained far behind in the years and maintenance is zero. I don't understand how it is possible to keep everything so old. Even the corrugated pipe with the air conditioner drain inside the shower. Not to mention the bathroom. Truly a shame!

Islands frozen in time for an anachronistic vacation. Architecturally interesting structure. Courteous staff. Excellent location. Hoping to return this hotel to its 1960s glory through a conservative restoration. Clearly, maintenance should also be applied to the entire island, which shows neglect, waste, and little environmental protection.
