Good experience. 5 stars only for the cuisine, particular and delicious dishes. DISASTER in the dining room and on the beach, thank goodness we at least ate well, otherwise it would have been a disaster... Shuttles that smelled, makeshift staff to be seriously trained, continuous forgetfulness at the tables, even with the nearby tables

I stayed alone from 08/16 to 08/28 inclusive and after having been in this hotel for almost two weeks, I couldn't take it anymore. Of everything. It was my first time and I would say that it was enough for me as the last one too. Let's start with the only positive note: the dining room staff is very young, they are all quite kind, but they are kids who need to be trained on how to behave in the dining room, how to serve dishes, and what attention they must have towards the guest. Let's move on to the negative points, which is everything else about the stay: first of all, I had a room on the playground side, all very nice if it weren't for the fact that the playground is open with music blasting until 12:30 AM or even 1:00 AM. And the balcony glass is thin, a useless double-pane window that doesn't insulate at all; it felt like having the playground in the room. The room assigned was tiny; I don't dare imagine the others. I had half-board and had the opportunity to try all 3 dining times: 1. breakfast: EVERYTHING, EVERYTHING, EVERYTHING is served, you cannot take what you want from the \"buffet\" table (which in Italian, buffet means self-service) as they boast in the quote. It is possible to take only 1 drink, so if you want to have 1 coffee and 1 cappuccino, the second drink is for a fee. But is putting in a machine for drinks to be served autonomously and letting the guest choose whether they want the drink from the machine or the bar too difficult and innovative? I ask for a cold glass of milk for breakfast and I get the glass. I ask for a glass of cold milk with cocoa, I get a cup a little bigger than a coffee cup and much smaller than a tea cup with 4cm of milk... I don't know what the difference is between the first request and the second, yet I received different things. The buffet is poor, too many cakes that choke you because with 3 fingers of milk and no other type of drink it's a health hazard, the waffles if you throw them against the wall bounce back, the pancakes were very good instead. 2. lunch/dinner: it is necessary to change the cook, train them, make them understand that it is not possible to present obscene dishes. Meanwhile, the menus are not thought out in the slightest; they just throw dishes together haphazardly, and the names listed sometimes do not correspond to reality. From the photos I uploaded, you can see a beautiful seafood pasta, so fresh that they didn't even clean the mussels; if you didn't choke in the morning on the cakes, the cook takes care of it at lunch. In another photo, there is the "bresaola with arugula and parmesan" dish; since it is summer, the arugula decided to go on vacation too. Lemon chicken, and there were whole lemon and orange peels... but seriously? Ravioli with roast sauce... 4 ravioli... in simple terms, I was starving; I couldn't order an appetizer, first course, and second course because there was nothing good, and I already knew it would disappoint me. On the last day of my stay, the appetizer was stuffed focaccia: folks, I received a slice of a rustic pie made with puff pastry filled with egg frittata and cheese. When they were about to deliver the second course, I asked what I had eaten, because it wasn't clear; I asked the waitress to tell me if I had eaten a focaccia or simple puff pastry with egg frittata, and she confirmed the latter. But what do you mean?! Both at lunch and dinner, there is no buffet with some vegetables or focaccia... nothing, everything is served at the table. The service: they are all young people, I understand that, but who is the maitre d'? Was he among us? He did not introduce himself... usually, one introduces oneself to understand who is managing the dining room. The waiters are people who need to be trained; it is not possible that I sit down at the table, I cannot even put the napkin to the side and position the cutlery as is most comfortable for me, and the waiter arrives and places the plate on top of the napkin and the cutlery; what kind of way is that? I am eating the first course and the second course already arrives: "I'll put it here to the side"—but do I have to stuff myself? Just because a person is traveling alone, it is not right to treat them this way. I paid like everyone else and deserve the same attention, something I did not see directed at me, since the other diners were treated differently, with a little more attention (though they were experiencing what I was experiencing). For me, it is a big no; everything is served as if they wanted to do something "chic," but in reality, it is done in a slapdash way. The beach: yes, the hotel is 50 meters from the sea with rocks; for the rest, there are transfer drivers who take you to the beach. Very convenient, but the air conditioning doesn't work; we were all packed into the van, the windows were strictly closed (only in the last few days did they think to open them), and the pre-beach and post-beach sauna were free. Those vans are begging for mercy, retire them.

Help, everything to be forgotten! Spartan rooms, hot, uncomfortable, complete with a safe positioned behind the television, therefore difficult to use. Very poor breakfast, lunch and dinner menu the same, no satisfaction! The only merit is the kindness of the dining room staff! Never again! They can only dream of four stars at night.
