Parco dei Principi

I stayed with my family for 9 nights (end of August, beginning of September), we stayed in the small houses 30/40 meters (room 803) from the resort to save a little bit but this did not make us feel like second-class customers, on the contrary… We had a great time, treated like Royalty as very few times I had felt. Kind receptionists always with a smile, even with customers who didn't have one and who interacted with arrogance and rudeness, well done!!! Very nice director who did not assert his role to praise his skill, he demonstrated it with simplicity, humor, and professionalism. Thanks for the tour of the center of Torre S. Giovanni ☺️ The cleaning ladies are very kind and cheerful every morning, despite the terrible heat and their work, which let's be honest, is not easy at all! Approved!!! Waiters, many young but guided by some more experienced figures (like Mrs. Maria and Nicola), always kind and helpful, and this goes beyond their skill. Well done, keep it up!! Chef... it's hard to find words for a person who puts their heart and soul into what they do, proposing quality dishes every day with the right proportions. Also regarding food waste, I think it's the first time I've seen such attention paid to not throwing away food. You will be successful and I hope it is recognized not only by the customers but also at a national level! Entertainment team, young guys led by the nice Marcello, a true Milanese who transported us into fun and games without ever forcing anything, and whose singing talents we only discovered towards the end 😉. Edoardo, Alex, and then Martina... my daughter fell in love with her and I think almost all the children fell in love, kind, capable, talented, and sweet with all our children. Well done guys, I truly wish you the best!!! Shuttle service, Luigi is a man of few words but his smile speaks louder than anything, patient (and you need to be in that role) and attentive even to the most varied requests. A service that might seem trivial but hides attention, punctuality, and professionalism, which Luigi knew how to perform perfectly, adding a touch of humanity that made everything more pleasant. Bar staff, thank you truly for your constant patience in serving us coffee, drinks, every single day, you are truly great!!! Thank you all, you have been a wonderful memory that I will not easily forget. Have a good life!!

It is not easy to find a place where you feel at home from the first minute, but it happens here. We really want to thank the ENTIRE staff from the bottom of our hearts, because each of you made this vacation unforgettable. A huge thank you to the entertainment guys starting with Marcello, Martina, Edoardo, and Alex, who are tireless, always smiling, and capable of involving adults and children without ever being intrusive. Pure energy! P.S. I don't understand the person who wrote that the entertainment was non-existent!! Are you sure you were at the same resort???🧐 To the Chef and the entire kitchen staff: what can I say? Amazing food, every day well-prepared, abundant, and high-quality dishes. You can see the love you put into it. Truly well done. To the waiters/waitresses always attentive, very fast, and very kind, always ready to make us feel pampered. To the very sweet baristas, with a smile that fixes your day from the very first “espresso” 😂 of the morning. A thank you to the shuttle driver, always punctual, helpful, and friendly, who with his friendliness made us start and end every day in the best way. And finally, not because it is less important, the beautiful and super professional receptionists who immediately welcomed us with a smile and cordiality! You can see that behind it there is a great family that works with heart. Thanks to Mr. Giuseppe and the director. You made us feel not like customers, but like welcome guests. We will definitely be back. Thanks for everything! We hope to find you all again and to relive exactly the same experience! This time we have no doubts … for 2027 room already booked! See you soon

It is an enchanted place that satisfies the 5 senses. Sight and hearing are satisfied by the colors and sounds of the sea that characterize this location; smell, touch, and taste are masterfully satisfied by the skill of the chef and his brigade, who daily let themselves be inspired and give vent to their expertise, leaving an indelible mark on the taste buds. It is hard to forget that full taste and those flavors released by the culinary technique, which, in everyone's opinion, is star-quality. It is a place where the guest is not a room number but part of the Sereno family and their wonderful staff. The attention and friendliness with which one is treated is unparalleled and incomparable. Wonderful receptionists, Luigi is fantastic and helpful, the manager is pleasant and professional as well as willing to solve any problem, Mr. Giuseppe and his family are always ready with a smile and to satisfy any wishes, and what can be said about the chef, Daniele, his skill left us speechless every time. The pastry shop is also noteworthy. Wonderful vacation, thank you!
