Camping Village San Pablo

You have to settle for it... We were used to better and the impact was a bit traumatic.. accommodation not as hoped (they talked about a small villa, but it was a terraced bungalow). Nothing too serious, but many small things to fix, like: dirty dishes, damaged shower enclosure, rusty shower column, ruined plaster on the floor, shutters that closed poorly, broken mosquito nets, wifi with little bandwidth available etc etc. The location is not great since you have to cross the very busy coastal road (we knew this). The Arnold entertainment team was too noisy (volume of the speakers too high, shouting for no reason and a bit of vulgarity). The beach and the beach club bar/restaurant were nice..

Very negative experience: Starting with the dirtiness both in the mobile home (upon entering we had to clean dishes, kitchen and bathroom) and in the outdoor areas, plastic, bottles, cigarettes, trash, scattered in the village streets and in the flowerbeds. In the mobile home the television does not work and despite multiple reports no one ever came to fix it. The toilet in the bathroom was tilted, the sink drain clogged. The bar was often closed and poorly stocked, also dirty itself. Regarding the services, swimming pool and playground, multi-purpose court (soccer, tennis, volleyball) for children, the biggest problem is the closure during daytime hours, so the children were forced to play either at home or in the street. Worth noting is the different treatment between regular customers (much more favored and left free to do a bit whatever they wanted) and occasional ones. Complaints and problems handled in a very superficial manner by management. For example, the fact that from some accommodations, including ours, personal items disappeared from the verandas and were never found. The only appreciable thing is the skill of the animation team and the convenience of being close to the sea; which, however, I recommend looking for in another facility.

I will start by saying that I strongly advise against this resort. No flexibility or attention for families with small children or otherwise. Terrible and rude management and lack of availability toward customers. We had many service issues related to the restaurant, located at the external beach club and not in the resort as communicated to us during the booking phase. As if that were not enough, the service was suddenly canceled for the second week of our stay. We encountered dirty, messy environments and closed services like the bar. The only positive aspect was the entertainment staff. A completely negative experience. I advise anyone against spending their vacation here.
