Terrible bar service, misleading images, lack of courtesy from the owner, total lack of professionalism and seriousness.

A nice property: clean apartments, equipped with everything, with a terrace. Everything well equipped: supermarket, shuttle bus, security, bar, swimming pool, top-notch entertainment. Evenings with shows every night. We stayed for a week and had a very good time. Convenient for everything. We will definitely be back.

They assigned us a room that was practically above the ping-pong table. To be exact, 510. Near the bar. An unbelievable racket. At all hours. There are no schedules in this pseudo-village. We reported this problem to management several times, but their response was that unfortunately nothing could be done. Even with a smirk on their faces. Just to make a fool out of you. It's a shame because the property, even if dated, isn't bad. The problem is that whoever manages it clearly doesn't care at all. The entertainment is practically nonexistent. Except for the evening, where there are shows mostly put on by outside guests. The only one who saves the day is the head entertainer, Matteo. Let's not even talk about the beach. Umbrellas packed one on top of the other and a lifeguard who doesn't even guarantee you the same spot for the whole week. In conclusion, stay away. Never again.
