Very disappointing experience. The room was extremely damp and humid, to the point where the environment felt unhealthy and uncomfortable to sleep in. The situation became even worse at checkout, when the staff refused to provide an invoice. We had to argue for a long time before receiving a handwritten document. The staff was rude and confrontational instead of trying to solve the issue professionally. I would not recommend this property.

Accommodation very nice, spacious, clean, quaint and charming. Friendly staff. Very central area. The only drawback breakfast, lack fresh pasta, the 'assortment of fresh fruit is scarce and in general you could add some more attention. It was still a very pleasant stay, thank you!

Beautiful characteristic structure in the Sasso barisano of Matera. Convenient to reach. Courteous and helpful reception Service. Last breakfast in the morning with local products. Curious the experience of sleeping inside a cave, but with all the comforts
