A truly lovely hotel at the gates of the Sassi of Matera. Very convenient thanks to the parking and the pool, useful on hot summer days. The Sassi are easily reachable in a 10/15 minute walk. Truly kind and helpful the Receptionist.

A convenient hotel for visiting Matera, located a few hundred meters from the historic city. A very friendly welcome from a smiling young lady, pleasant and who speaks French to boot! A room with a vaulted ceiling, of good size and very pleasant and quiet, free parking, a pool available, and a very good breakfast. In short, a very good address to stop at for visiting Matera.

It is a small hotel, with a great service. There is car space for all apartments. When we arrived the receptionist Paola provided us with the Map of Matera, with all the tips on how to see and know the city. It is always a 15- to 20-minute walk to the Belvedere and restaurants, and access is via the first street on the left, leaving the hotel. It's a strong descent, with stairs. It may be the only inconvenience if the tourist does not have good physical preparation. The room is very comfortable, with counter. Very good morning coffee, with fresh fruits and variety.
