Centro Turistico Akiris

We were there as a group from September 13 to 20. Well-structured resort with 2 pools and very well-equipped with various areas for sports activities. Everything is very spacious, kitchen with quality dishes, top buffet with a well-stocked breakfast. Rooms not too big but clean. Well-stocked shopping area. Entertainment: a few young and even inexperienced kids among the veterans, only a few were good.

Terrible vacation. The place probably has potential but is poorly maintained. Cleanliness is undoubtedly the sorest point. The pool area is dirty. The white plastic lounge chairs were by now all black, just as the feet of my neighbor under the umbrella had become black after having the unfortunate idea of taking a few steps without flip-flops. The accommodations, even if furnished with very ugly furniture, would have even been comfortable (except for the beds... terrible) if the stench that accompanied us for the whole week hadn't made us want to run away several times. In particular, the kitchen was something horrifying... from the cutlery drawer came out greasy knives with food residue, in the refrigerator I found a hair. The mere thought still disturbs me. I bought disinfectants and detergents to try to clean (I should have asked for a refund for these because of how much stuff I had to get) and despite that, especially in the kitchen, there was no way to eradicate that terrible smell, so much so that it made us decide to always eat out. I don't dare imagine where those who wrote that the place is clean ended up before. The entertainment was poor, all Neapolitan-based, first Neapolitan comedian, second Neapolitan comedian, Neapolitan show... but what about those who don't like Neapolitan? And finally, if you decide to vacation here and have a dog, even a small one, you have to drop it off and find and pay for a kennel for it because animals are not allowed here, something I hadn't heard of in AT LEAST 15 years given that nowadays animals ARE allowed everywhere. Never again in this place!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic entertainment that made our vacation even more special! We had a wonderful experience at Villaggio Akiris and, among all the positive aspects of the vacation, a special mention must certainly go to the entertainment! From the very first day, you immediately perceive the energy, passion, and professionalism of the entire team. They were truly excellent at involving everyone, from the youngest to the adults, managing to create a cheerful, fun, and at the same time never intrusive atmosphere. Each day was accompanied by different activities and moments of entertainment that allowed us to have fun, relax, and above all to feel part of a big family. What we appreciated most was the constant presence of the entertainers, always smiling, available, and ready to offer a joke, a laugh, or simply to chat for a bit. It is clearly visible that they do not perform their work simply out of “duty,” but with enthusiasm and passion. And this really comes across to the guests! During the day, there was no shortage of games, sports activities, music, dancing, entertainment moments, and many initiatives capable of involving people of all ages. The nice thing is that no one felt obligated to participate: the entertainers managed to involve people with naturalness and friendliness, always leaving everyone the freedom to choose. The evening shows were also truly a pleasant surprise. Talented, prepared, fun, and full of energy, they knew how to entertain the audience and give us some truly pleasant evenings. Each show had something different, and you could see all the work and effort that went into it. A special round of applause therefore goes to the entire animation team, because they managed to transform a simple vacation into an experience full of memories, laughter, and moments to take home. For me, the entertainment team is one of the elements that can truly make a difference in choosing a resort, and in the case of Akiris, I can say without hesitation that it was one of the best things about our vacation. Truly, congratulations to all the entertainers for their friendliness, availability, professionalism, and above all for the energy they transmit every day. ❤️ Keep it up, because you are truly a fantastic team! Thank you for making us have fun, smile, and feel like we were on vacation to the fullest. It is also thanks to you that we will take home a beautiful memory of the Akiris Resort.
