Terribly negative experience from every point of view: hospitality, rooms, entertainment, food, nonexistent cleanliness. We stayed at the Hotel Giunione, which is terribly old, dilapidated, and dirty, from the lobby, which is filthy with cobwebs everywhere, to the stairs leading to the upper floors, which are extremely dirty—in my opinion, dirt accumulated over months—and rickety old wooden stairs, unfortunately the only way to go up since the property's elevator is a small, dirty one used by the cleaning staff with buckets, brooms, trash bags, and dirty linens. As soon as I arrived, we had to insist on having our room changed because it was devastated, tiny, and poorly maintained, with walls soaked with water and mold. The new room only has the difference that it is not wet; the furniture is so old that it smells, the mattresses are hard so you cannot even sleep, the TV is tiny and from my grandfather's time, equipped with a great-grandfather's old decoder, and anyway not working because they do not have centralized antennas, and the bed linens are changed only once during the stay. Food is scarce, poorly prepared, and cold; it feels like being in a cafeteria. What you do not eat in the evening, you find the next day in the salads or in the pasta. The staff is kind but incompetent because they are all foreign kids who do not speak Italian, so you cannot ask for anything because you do not get answers. The entertainment is nice but unqualified, too young and inexperienced. The shuttle service is like winning the lottery; you never catch it. The road leading to the sea is poorly maintained, dirty, full of dry plants, and rich in animals of all kinds. In summary, the vacation was ruined. I only give a compliment to the maitre d', an exquisite, qualified person who is always ready to find a solution. I will claim damages from my agency.

I stayed at this property from August 22nd until September 5th, at the Hotel Zeus; what can I say, unfortunately, in two weeks we encountered 2 different scenarios. Let's start in order: as far as the room is concerned, I have nothing to say, everything was working, except for just a small cobweb in the corner under the ceiling and dust under the bed, but after reporting it to the cleaning ladies, everything was resolved. As for the food, unfortunately, there are ups and downs; in the first week, things did not go very well, in the second, things improved a bit both in the assortment of the buffet and in the preparation of the first and second courses; the desserts were really good. The breakfast buffet was very limited in assortment; being a 4-star hotel, expectations were higher. The guys in the dining room were all really good and friendly; a thank you also goes to the maitre d' Giuseppe and his wife, who was very kind and patient with my children. As for the entertainment, what can I say, they are all wonderful guys, starting with the head animator Eugenio, Valentina, Claudio, Giorgio, Francesca, Tommaso, Eleonora, Alberto, Oko, Micaela, Arianna, Emanuele, and Giorgia, even if unfortunately in the second week some of them left; they were guys full of enthusiasm and engaging in the things they organized. The thing that surprised me was the director of the property, Emanuele, always present with politeness and cordiality, ready to receive, unfortunately, criticisms and positive things. The pool needs to be reviewed, a bit neglected by maintenance; the greenery seemed quite well-kept to me. I also thank the guys at the bar, Alessandro, Giuliana, and also the Roman girl whose name I do not remember, the lifeguards present both at the sea and at the pool, and the shuttle service was working, apart from the rudeness of the people who pushed ahead without waiting for their turn. All in all, it was 2 relaxing and beautiful weeks, also because we met so many wonderful families. A piece of advice for the property: there is much to improve in the kitchen and a few flaws here and there; the property is beautiful and surrounded by greenery, and it is a shame if some finishing touches are neglected for it to be an excellent 4-star hotel.

Horrible experience, I can't wait to go home, between dirty places, cigarette butts under the beach lounger for a week, they only take care of the outside garden, everything needs to be redone, chipped plates and glasses. Lobby is unwatchable. As for the food, let's not even talk about it, they recycle everything, always the same things, rude waiters, this place ruined my vacation 😭
