Well-maintained resort but far from the beach, young animation team but without much experience, poor quality food. The pizza is good.

We had a truly pleasant vacation. The property is well-maintained, clean, and organized, with quality services and engaging but never intrusive entertainment. I would like to give a special thanks to Franco at the reception, who is always friendly, professional, and helpful. A sincere compliment also to the head housekeeper, who is always present, attentive to every detail, and ready to meet the guests' needs. A special praise goes to the manager, a constant presence at the property: kind, ready to listen, and always committed to professionally resolving any request. His attention to the guests really makes a difference. The only suggestion I feel like giving concerns the beach: it would be desirable to create separate areas for those staying with pets and for those who prefer an area without pets. It would be a solution that would allow everyone to enjoy the sea in maximum comfort and mutual respect. For the rest, it was an excellent experience that I recommend without hesitation. The vacation, if it can be called that, was terrible! The entertainment team, the beating heart of every resort, was indifferent, incapable of managing children in activities suitable for their age, and not at all engaging; in short, terrible entertainment. Money wasted!
