for a 4-star hotel this is not acceptable..Small rooms, bathroom with parts attached with silicone, out of 4 outlets in the room, two not working, safe in the closet but not secured..! Hot water often absent. The most absurd thing is the key management, you have to leave them at the reception even if there is no one there, if you return late, passing through an entrance that is always open, you pick up the key self-service! The cameras present do not guarantee any security.. what if a stranger enters? last thing, the young ladies at the reception do not communicate with each other, if you leave a message with one and ask another for confirmation.. she knows nothing and asks who you spoke to

I have frequented Hotel Antica Marina for several years, throughout the year, even for short stays, and for me, it has been a true second home. Unfortunately, my stays here will end because my own home is finally ready, but I wanted to leave a special thanks to the entire staff (though it is not said that for short stays, perhaps out of season, I might not take advantage of it again...). The cleanliness has always been impeccable, the rooms comfortable, and the quality of service consistent over time. Continental breakfast to satisfy every need. I have always booked directly with the property, finding maximum availability, kindness, and professionalism every time. Excellent value for money. The cuisine has always been an incredible strong point: superb dishes and top-quality fresh fish at every meal. As someone who is gluten and lactose intolerant, I can say that I felt pampered and safe like nowhere else. They have always shown extraordinary attention and care for my dietary needs, without ever making me sacrifice taste. A special thanks to Antonella, who leads the kitchen with an attentive and discreet eye. The availability and friendliness that you experience are unparalleled. I heartily recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect stay, a warm welcome, and excellent dining. Thank you for making my stays special all these years! O.G.
