Horribly noisy dining room, firm bedding, outdated room equipment, and to top it all off, a party from 11:00 PM to 1:30 AM audible on the third floor.

Spacious room (but the soundproofing does not work and you can hear people in the hallways). Easy access from the road. Friendly, professional, and multilingual staff. Pool in a state of neglect—the paint on the bottom is coming off and you see it floating, plus the sanitization consists of 25-30 chlorine tablets thrown into the bottom of this pool. The photos on the website must use a special filter. There are no lounge chairs. Poor breakfast: industrial croissants, a lot of sweets, fruit (only overripe kiwis, melon, and pineapple cut up). The cold cuts were only ham, chorizo, and one type of cheese, all in slices so thin they were almost transparent. There were no eggs or bacon like the ones seen in the photos. The amenities for a 4-star hotel are embarrassing: 2 mini shampoos that measure 1.5cm in height and 2 little bars of soap. There wasn't even any shower gel!!!!! Despite having a pool and lounge chairs on the beach (which is accessed through a passageway in poor condition that goes under the road and the railroad tracks), they do not offer bath towels!! The hangers in the closet are what people leave behind when they come. They charge a lot here but spend very little. It is the typical IMSERSO hotel but very expensive.

The property shows signs of poor maintenance. While the staff is generally courteous and the food is of average quality, the most serious issue is the excessive noise. The hotel regularly hosts weddings, parties, and birthday celebrations, with loud music continuing until 4–5 a.m., making it impossible to sleep. Complaints to the staff do not lead to any resolution; the response is dismissive, as if the request were unreasonable or as you are asking for ice in the desert. The noise penetrates with doors closed, and disturbances occur both inside the hotel at night and on the beach, where music is played at high volume. Overall, the lack of sound management and disregard for guest comfort overshadow positive aspects of the stay.
