Baia del Capo

We had a lovely stay. The hotel is nice and clean and has a very fine garden. However, the hotel should acquire a coffee machine. There is only one for the whole hotel in the morning. It wasn't particularly good. You should be there exactly at 7:30 PM to manage to get some food from the communal buffet. It's annoying that the fridge isn't filled up so you can come later too. The food was really good the last 2 days

We stayed for 10 days between the end of July and the beginning of August with half board and beach service included. Overall, the property is very nice and the room (even if very small) was always kept clean. The very negative judgment, however, concerns the dining area and the absolute lack of alternatives for those with children. The first absurd thing was that if you wanted to eat something at the dinner buffet, you had to arrive at the restaurant's opening and race to get some appetizers. The first night, in fact, arriving 15 minutes after dinner started, we found practically nothing, and the truly absurd thing was that the buffet was not being restocked. The same thing for breakfast, with the difference that at least there, croissants were put back out once they ran out, but only if they were requested. Terrible service for children because, apart from plain pasta and pasta with tomato sauce, there was no possibility of an alternative choice to the proposed menu. The Calabrian evening on Wednesday night was nice, but it's a shame that the leftover food was repurposed and adapted the following evening both at the buffet and as menu dishes. We understand avoiding waste, but for those who paid for a service, it is not very nice to serve leftovers. The beach indicated on the website was not that one but another, and we discovered it once we arrived.

Exceptional hotel, gardens and pool very well-maintained with beautiful palm trees and tropical flowers; it feels like being on an atoll. Good dining thanks to the choice of raw materials, a fabulous Calabrian evening, a special thanks to the restaurant manager Yamila, who is always available and very kind. A thank you to all the staff members and in particular to the bartender, who is always kind and friendly... exceptional cocktails. Thanks also to the cleaning staff, who were always attentive and made the stay more peaceful for our little dog as well. Pet-friendly and family-friendly hotel. Fantastic sea and beaches, a shout-out also to the lifeguard Sebastian, always kind to everyone. We hope to be able to return next year.
