Costa Azzurra

Borderline hotel - food, especially breakfast, is an imposition (selection and quality not good). Dinner, however, is good and enjoyable. The room is cramped, and despite the stated renovation, it is also rather mediocre in terms of furnishings and comfort. The pool area is good. Overall, we would not book the hotel a second time - a vacation and especially a hotel should not have any shortcomings and should not give the feeling of staying in a mediocre youth hostel.

The property is very beautiful, with a wonderful pool, lots of well-kept greenery and spacious rooms. The staff, especially the dining room waiters, is also kind and helpful. The breakfast is abundant, both sweet and savory. Unfortunately, however, during our stay we encountered several service issues: room different from the one communicated, unannounced room change, safe arrived only after several reminders, toiletries missing multiple times and even dirty toilet paper. Room cleaning was also problematic and, despite the hotel accepting dogs, it was not possible for us to arrange cleaning during breakfast, forcing us to always take the dog with us. The shuttle to the beach has schedules that are too rigid and the pool bar has decidedly high prices. In conclusion, the hotel would have excellent potential, but for the price paid we expected a decidedly more attentive and organized service.

Good morning, we are a couple from Calabria, specifically from PIZZO. We stayed at your hotel from 06/25/2026 to 07/01/2026, and you provided us with a tailor-made hotel for relaxation. We found everything to be super, super good, from the welcome to the politeness of all of you, with respect and cordiality being paramount. From the house specialty offered throughout these days by the entire staff of the Costa Azzurra restaurant. As for general cleanliness, we could not have chosen better; I truly recommend it to everyone. You have been truly, truly special people for us, and I hope to see each other again very, very soon. Greetings from the kids in room 264🤭😎.
