Room amenities are abysmal, Very dirty in the restaurant area and rooms. Balcony door could not be locked. The garden area, however, is beautifully maintained.

Excellent services, disappointing restaurant and a bit of the entertainment; the restaurant food, the service of the waiters, who were grumpy and sweaty in the dining room; we diners suffered from the heat in an exaggerated way

I stayed at this property with my family the week after August 15th, and I believe that was the main problem. The property is beautiful and well-maintained, our rooms were good and comfortable, the restaurant was excellent, with the village full there are few spots in the pools and few spots at the central bar, the beach is a bit narrow considering the number of rooms in the property, the sea unfortunately was not nice during those days, the unguarded parking lot outside the property is inconvenient, but the main reason I gave only 3 stars is the presence of some "ill-mannered" people who made me ashamed to be from Campania. Perhaps some "characters" should be monitored more in respect of the many polite and decent guests who do not deserve to be uneasy because of 10% of "ill-mannered" people. The entertainment I would say is good. When you know you might have an audience of "bullies" during certain periods, you should supervise more. I am sorry but we will not return.
