Santa Lucia

We stayed at the Hotel S. Lucia from August 29 to September 5 as a family and we all spent a wonderful week full of relaxation, fun, and good food, starting from breakfast, moving on to lunch, and ending with dinner; the courses were always abundant and of quality with the menu diversified every day and with the possibility of off-menu alternatives. Praise to the entire staff, always attentive and available for our requests. The property was super clean; it felt more like being in a holiday village than in a hotel. Very beautiful pool that doesn't look like much in the photos, but in person it is TOP. We spent moments of joy during the day and in the evening with the other guests, with whom a nice group was formed, also thanks to the activities proposed by the entertainers for adults and children, such as the memorable water polo matches. What can I say, these are the kinds of places that, as soon as you step out to go home, make you miss them and you immediately want to return. Beautiful experience. WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS OF THE VILLAGE....❤️

We just returned from the Hotel Santa Lucia and the assessment of our vacation is absolutely positive. The property shines for the impeccable cleanliness of all areas and for the extreme kindness and professionalism of all the staff. A special commendation certainly goes to Marcello: an exquisite person, always super helpful and attentive to meeting our every single need with a smile. Excellent food quality. Its location overlooking the sea is beautiful. The biggest note of merit, however, goes to the entertainment team, in particular to Viola and Giuseppe. They were exceptional: they literally bent over backwards to carry out all the activities with contagious enthusiasm, making our days memorable. The only real sore point of the vacation was unfortunately the head entertainer, Sara. We found her behavior deeply unprofessional: she never took part in any activity, limiting herself to walking among the tables with the sole purpose of begging for positive reviews. Even more serious and questionable, she showed an unpleasant and disrespectful attitude towards the members of her own staff several times, even in front of us guests. It is a real shame, because her team members deserve a leader capable of valuing them, not treating them that way. Aside from this sour note regarding the entertainment management, the hotel and the rest of the staff are a 10 out of 10. We would definitely return!

We were hosted for a week at the Hotel Santa Lucia.... We had a wonderful time, excellent cleanliness, superlative food, and kindness never seen before... starting from the gentlemen at the reception, the waiters, the cleaning ladies, and the gentlemen of the shuttle.... A week truly between the sea, beautiful people, and fantastic hospitality.... My 6 and 3-year-old children enjoyed it so much that the older one cried on the way back because he wanted to return to the hotel (he is super attached to the waiters ❤️) I highly recommend the property and hope to return.
