Villaggio Albergo Belmonte

RELAX: We spent a week in VAB together with my partner, 4 yo son and friends. It was AMAZING. If you're looking for quiet, not crowded place this is definitely place for you. Even the mobile network is super slow and relaxed 😊 the hotel i far from the see. But there was bus 3 times a day which took us to the beach club. COMMUNICATION: Staff barely speak english, but believe me there was no problem with communication, as they were keen to help, so there was eng-italian-sign hybrid language 😉 for those who'd like to see more I encourage to rent a car at the airport, as there are no available car rentals nearby. FOOD: exceptionally good (we had full board option), breakfast and lunch in the form of buffet. What I love about the place are 3-course dinners, which were served with a lot of seafood and regional meals. At the beginning of each dinner waiter always came and ask what we would like to have for kid and each day and they prepared each time simple things like pasta with tomato sauce. Simple food for picky child 😉 We had one of the best holidays here!

So I’m torn. I was in town for a wedding. Great place to have a wedding. Dated accommodations. You need a vehicle otherwise you will feel trapped to the facilities. Pool was great. Breakfast was meh. Never had lunch or dinner due to the bad reviews. Tasted the food at the wedding. It was okay. I have had better in the local establishments in the town for less Euros. Staff were friendly. Room service was there every day trying to change my sheets and towels. I told them they weren’t required. I was fine with what I had. Ac was good. Mattress firm. Pillows soft. I was there only to sleep. Never tried the tv. Mini fridge available. Check in and out went fine. Would use the resort again because it was a good bang for the buck. But it isn’t a 5 star resort

We arrived as part of month long tour of Italy. The hotel (accomodation) reminded me of the Golf condos in Florida. You walk across the road to a Hotel that is "geared" up for wedding receptions. The view is spectacular and the grounds are equal. 2 pools, and manicured grounds overlooking the Mediterranean. They were between weddings and the 3 of us were the only guests (odd) but it did not detract from the service which was first rate! We had Dinner (need to advise them, which is not uncommon in Italy). Breakfast was standard fair, however big difference from day 1 to day 2 and 3. Great place for destination wedding.
