We had read the reviews, but trusting more than the positive ones we still booked. All in all positive experience but exclusively thanks to the management of Marina and her husband who with their kindness, their sympathy and their availability have somehow managed to fill the gaps of this hotel, even if only partly considered that there are really many. The property should pause for a moment and wonder if they would stay in their hotel. We have heard that some rooms have been arranged, although we do not know how. Unfortunately others, like the one assigned to us, absolutely not, so you can find a mattress with springs that protrude and that make you terrible, a very small room and nothing short of bare, without even a mirror, lamps on the bedside tables, a closet. A bathroom without any form of ventilation, not even forced, and therefore with the ceiling full of condensation and smelly, without a stool to place something. Dilapidated fixtures with drafts everywhere and cracks through which all kinds of insects pass, and I expected you that the hotel is surrounded by greenery. It would take very little to make the rooms more welcoming, comfortable and healthy. Think about it. Thanks instead to Marina and her husband, nice, helpful, and I would add indispensable!

I don't know how bravely you can give a room like that to a family with a three-year-old. Room that smells of mold, bathroom with rust elements, dirty table and chairs outside, socket with exposed wires very dangerous (see photo). Good thing we only stayed one night. The only good thing is the view from the balcony where you have breakfast. We definitely had this dive room because we didn't book from Booking.com or other sites. I recommend you treat all guests well, and if you do not have adequate rooms it makes a better impression to say that you do not have availability.

Really satisfying experience..we stayed with friends at this property and the Welcoming and kindness and 'was impeccable from the beginning. Ready to satisfy every request from Shuttle Service to choice of restaurant for dinner. Wonderful location a few steps from the center. To be repeated.
