You managed to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere that made my vacation unforgettable. I will definitely return and will recommend your wonderful hotel to all my acquaintances.

A structure rich in charm, everything perfect. The staff is exceptional, especially Ravi who helped us with all our requests. Kindness and smiles accompanied our stay from beginning to departure. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable, the pool and the rooftop terrace are the highlights.

A friend and I came for a weekend at this hotel; we decided to get two rooms because we wanted the suite but also the room with the hot tub, which was a bit smaller. We paid €1250 for 2 nights for the room without the hot tub, while the one with the hot tub was €1650. You agree with me that at this price, we expect at least excellent service, right? Well, the hot tub water was freezing; we asked the front desk to have it warm for us when we returned, and that did not happen. We let it slide, set the temperature to the maximum, and went to sleep without being able to use the hot tub. The next day the water was still freezing, so I called the front desk asking them to send someone to heat it up, and they replied that it was not possible due to pH and hygiene issues. Obviously, to this mockery, I replied that it was not possible since all hot tubs in the world are warm and that it was unacceptable for it to be freezing. They told me they would try to resolve it, then called me back saying they had electrical problems and it could not be heated. We let it go so as not to stress ourselves out on vacation, and we pointed it out at checkout when they asked us to pay the €90 in extras. At the very least, after such an inconvenience, a hotel of a certain cost and level should offer you the extras, which they did not do, and they reassured us that they would solve the hot tub problem, but why should we care since we were leaving? We will clearly not be returning.
