Of our experience except the reception and cleaning staff; on the rest we just are not there!
Broken drawers, cupboards with broken or smashed bottoms, walls with damp spots, showers with mold, bathrooms with broken towel rails and toilet paper, garbage storage that looks like a dump, constant smell of garbage in the stairs, dirty garage and full of cobwebs... and... as if that wasn't enough... very poor kitchen equipment, chairs and terrace table eaten by the sun and nothing short of dated, very few sockets to the point that if you have children you have to take turns charging your cell phone.
I express myself in the plural because we had taken more rooms and the problems were common to all the apartments.
What is regrettable is that it would be enough to do a little 'periodic maintenance or... to avoid such reviews... realize the state of the structure and apply a more consistent pricing.
