City Hotel Casoria

Wonderful stay. Great hotel in every respect. The rooms are very clean, as is the rest of the property, and the mattresses are brand new and incredibly comfortable. Credit for the breakfast: excellent and of high quality, although it is exclusively focused on sweet items. Free guarded parking. A small piece of advice for the managers: update the photos on the website! In person, it is much more modern and beautiful compared to how it appears online.

The property is located at the gates of Naples and is very convenient for access to the ring roads, highways, and the airport. It appears clean and well-maintained right away. The staff is all kind, professional, and helpful. The rooms are a bit anonymous and essential, but equipped with standard comforts such as a fridge, hairdryer, and air conditioning. Some elements are a bit outdated, such as the towel rack in room 105, which would come off as soon as you touched it. The soaps are packaged and not liquid, in a vintage style. The breakfast is of good quality, but if you have diabetes or are not a sweet tooth, it is best to avoid it since it is almost exclusively sweet. The price is fair compared to the quality.

The hotel is located in ern unsafe neighborhood. We are two women and we were stared at and hissed at. The surroundings are dirty and the restaurants look far from inviting. The front door of the hotel is locked day and night and for good reason. Airport shuttle is just a taxi that you have to pay for yourself. The mattress was rock hard. Without Consent a man came into our room and started tinkering with the toilet. While all our stuff was there. Air conditioning is not working. There's no shopping mall around. There is nothing. We felt very unsafe while we did not fall out afraid. You shouldn't want to spend the night here. As a woman, you can't just walk the streets here and not just the two of you. The window can be opened but every few minutes a descending plane comes over low. I thought it was outrageous that we were put here because our flight was cancelled. These people's English was very bad.
