Venus Park Hotel

Last year we got married and we let all our guests stay (80 more there was the groom with his family). We thank the staff for the availability especially with children .. the pool was included in the price and delicious breakfast. The morning of the wedding was a party throughout the hotel, Mrs. Nunzia also arranged the table for the confetti , the flowers in the staircase and the suite where the bride and groom stayed and took pictures. I stayed at the Venus hotel with my classes on a school trip. Excellent welcome and very helpful and polite staff. The rooms are simple but comfortable. The food was good and plentiful. Very convenient location for visiting Naples, Caserta and surrounding areas

I stayed at this property for 3 nights on an educational trip. I thank Marco for the welcome, kindness, professionalism and availability with which he welcomes and interfaces with guests. The food is good, the rooms on the day we arrived at the hotel, were not well cleaned, including the bed linen. The breakfast counter was not restocked as it should have been, even though we had kindly asked to do so several times, given that breakfast can be had until 9.30am. Although I have always been kind, polite and open to dialogue, I have had the opportunity to interface with very rude staff both in tone and in ways that are not appropriate for those who have chosen to work in a hospitality facility; it absolutely did not allow for the establishment of a constructive discussion, it always wanted to impose only its own ideas. It was an experience; definitely worth forgetting.
