Golden Mile Bed & Breakfast

After booking a full two months in advance, the owner contacted us only the day before check-in to inform us that she would not be available after 9:00 PM (or 9:30 PM at the latest), without any flexibility in case of a possible flight delay. ​Reaching out in the chat to try to find a solution, I encountered a total lack of availability and no response to subsequent messages. Finding ourselves with minimal notice and very few accommodation alternatives available at the last minute, we risked being left stranded. ​In addition to the damage and the inconvenience, the amount was charged in full as it was a non-refundable rate. I strongly advise against this property for those looking for professionalism, flexibility, and respect for the customer.

Exceptional location near the excavations of Herculaneum within walking distance, very kind host who runs the B & B and gave us great tips where to go for dinner, delicious breakfast and well cared for the cleanliness of the room. Recommended
