Hotel Parco Maria Terme

If you are looking for a place surrounded by nature where you can relax, getting away from the city chaos, even in this scorching summer, you are in the right place. The Parco Hotel Mediterraneo, nestled against Mount Epomeo, with its lush nature, thermal pools always available with lounge chairs, showers, and bathrooms on the terrace, offers a buffet breakfast and a dinner that is always different. The rooms are very varied; some are inside the main building, others are scattered with independent entrances in the central area, and still others are located in the vineyard area; some have been recently renovated, while others are older. Thanks to Lucio and his shuttle, you can easily reach Citara beach and the Poseidon, while for the bus stops, it is best, upon leaving the hotel, to stick to the right of the buildings for a few meters to take a small downhill path that leads directly to the district. A tip that may be useful is not to book through Booking but to contact the hotel directly to get much more affordable prices.

Village-type hotel with several buildings and a separate reception and restaurant area. a little retro style but very well cared for in the majolica. Very kind staff ready to satisfy any desire and a superb space in the room. The indoor and outdoor pools are at different temperatures and are excellent as a post-day option for those who want to tour the island in the morning and afternoon and take a few hours of relaxation upon returning. The food is very nice and the staff impeccable

Stayed 4 nights at the hotel with a friend. The hotel is listed as 4 stars. Both my friend and I booked a sea view room. Mine had good views from the top floor. The floor below definitely not a great view for my friend, The rooms and hotel are tired and definitely need an update. Pools were fine but the area around them could do with some updating. Buffet breakfast we had included was OK. The toaster broke our first morning and wasn't replaced. We had dinner one night at the restaurant. It was OK but we felt quite rushed to finish.
