Residence Villa Marinu

We have known Villa Marinù for a long time; we have been there several times with the family. Great value, nice place, over time they have expanded, also growing with apartments, their availability has allowed us to go several times, and we even received Christmas wishes from them. Having grown up with this name, my daughter surprised her mother on the occasion of her brother's visit, whom she hadn't seen in two years, and booked for us and them. I hurt myself and had to go to the hospital, which caused us to lose the first day of our reservation; they were still able to go today, June 23rd. They arrive, and in one room the air conditioning does not work, which is unacceptable given the heat. My daughter asks to cancel the reservation; the lady's brother does not want to hear about it (there is always a reason when we stop going to a place; we sensed changes in the air some time ago). After some discussions, my daughter gives in and leaves him the deposit (I would have something to say about this too) and they manage to save the rest of the money and the days to spend in Ischia. The Magnolias of Forio were very happy to see us again and immediately made the necessary rooms available; I saw them at the pool. When engaging in this type of activity, customer attention is important!!! Especially when there is a long-standing relationship, even if at times... Especially if there is a force majeure reason like the time lost due to my hospitalization. What a shame!!!!!

Residence in a quiet area but well connected to beaches and the center by public transport. Top cleanliness. Mariapia

Once again, we spent our week of relaxation at Hotel Marinu', where the beauty of the place, from the trees and flowers of the Mediterranean flora to the gifts of the rich garden lovingly tended by the sweet Sara, enchants us more each time. The rooms, equipped with every comfort, are made welcoming by the expert care of Rosa and Anna, and the hospitality of the entire host family, from the grandfather to the young grandchildren, makes us feel at home. THE SUNSETS ARE ENCHANTING, and the entire atmosphere is so pleasant that every time we regret leaving and are inspired to return. Anna and Enzo PAPARELLA.
