Bristol Terme Hotel

Four-star hotel, but in my opinion, it was three stars. Excellent location facing the beach, clean rooms, but there were some flaws: worn and sometimes torn towels, a broken shower door (we had to call for repairs), they came on the second day, no refrigerator, and the safe had a broken lock. The food was mediocre, no vegetables, only watermelons, and poor-quality desserts. No medical visit for the spa, which is mandatory. I would return to Ischia for the beautiful sea, but not to the Bristol hotel. L

Since the first day, the air conditioning has been missing; we requested it every day and were unable to obtain it. For three days, we had a flooded bathroom due to a leak. In the room, there was a window that we had to keep open, which overlooked another bedroom less than two meters away. All the noise from the kitchen preparations came in through this window as early as 6 in the morning. 4 stars and we never had a change of linens or towels. Very slippery floors, especially in the spa area, with a risk of breaking bones; in fact, that is what happened. The kitchen is a corporate cafeteria of very poor quality, served very poorly by rude staff. The welcome toast was a two-hour wait for the reservation of spa treatments, toasting amidst steam and wet floors from a pool leak. 80 rooms served by only one elevator that can carry only three, unusable. Highly discouraged, we found nothing positive.

It is very pleasant, polite staff, and in the restaurant, everyone is polite; the staff is very courteous.
