Grand Hotel Delle Terme Re Ferdinando

We spent a week at this hotel, the property is welcoming and situated in a very convenient location. The rooms are quiet, clean, and have every comfort. A special thanks goes to the dining room service and to our waiters Stefano and Manuela, attentive to every request, they welcomed us with availability and maintained this professionalism for the entire duration of the stay.

Positive points: great professionalism from the instructor Julienne both in the gym and for water aerobics. Measured and engaging in the nightclub. Francesca is a valid support for her. The thermal baths are good. The waiters in the dining room are helpful. On the contrary, the dining room managers are arrogant and unhelpful. Food quality is very mediocre: from breakfast to dinner! Dishes, especially in the morning, were wet and teaspoons were placed in a basket where everyone puts their hands to serve themselves! Certainly not up to the GH L rating!

The hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly and kind, including the restaurant waiters, good cuisine, the girl who takes care of my room is a polite person.
