Reception, dining room, kitchen, and housekeeping staff are very qualified. Delicious and varied cuisine with dishes carefully prepared in detail, the new Chef Tonia is simply five stars. Spacious and clean rooms, pools with hot tubs for total relaxation, exceptional solarium from which one enjoys a unique panorama. To be done again!

Rude staff starting with the director. Whoever gave him the title of director clearly doesn't understand marketing at all. I told him I had ants in my room, and do you know how he responded? 'So what’s the problem? I have ants at my house too.' I couldn't take it anymore. He should just be thankful I was with my wife; otherwise, I would have gotten myself arrested. The bathroom was dilapidated, the room was never cleaned, and I sent my wife to the reception to ask for towels. Full board was only provided on the first day, and then we never saw it again. The waiter was rough in the kitchen, throwing plates between the chef and the so-called director. I’ll just say one thing: stay away from this hotel. For the same price, there are many nice hotels. Lastly, they said they had a jacuzzi pool, but the water was green, truly disgusting. Believe me, stay away. I am someone who has traveled, and I have never seen anything like this, not even in India.
