Hotel in a very central location, just a few minutes' walk from the port and the ferry terminal, and just a few steps from the bus station. The hotel staff is friendly and available for any eventuality. The breakfast is very rich and varied to meet every need. Dinner is served by very professional waiters and offers quality food. The double room has a balcony overlooking the port and is spacious, clean, and equipped with centralized air conditioning that can be adjusted or turned off. Giulia Cicchetti

The hotel is in the perfect location for a holiday in Ischia, situated on the lovely harbour, a 5 minute walk to the ferries and close to the bus station. The reception staff are very helpful. There is a small, beautifully warm outdoor pool and a number of sun terraces. The indoor pool requires bathing caps to be worn. The rooms are large but basic. No glasses for water. No tea and coffee making facilities. A kettle can be provided for a charge. The bed is firm and the pillows flat. The air conditioning was not working when we were there as it was not yet summer. It was 23 degrees outside. The rooms have lots of storage space but bring some hangers. The shower was powerful and always hot. Lots of toiletries are provided including toothbrushes. No problems with noise. Breakfasts are made up of lots of sweet items including the desserts from the night before. There are yoghurts but no fruit salad. Scrambled eggs, bacon and sausages make up thot hot food and there is ham, cheese and breads. Other egg dishes are an additional cost. Half board dinners consist of a salad bar and four courses and the food was generally good. Wine was very good. The star of our stay was the Radia who worked in the restaurant at breakfast and dinner. We will always remember her warm smiles and fabulous service.
