Beautiful property with great restaurant, bar, and pool! The staff is very kind, friendly, and helpful! Downside is the location in that it is difficult to get around in town due to not very much close by and narrow or no sidewalks. Train station is a 15 min walk away to go to Sorrento or north to Naples. However, with the beautiful resort and nice pool and grounds, it is a good spot to relax!

Great location. Beautiful surroundings. Quiet and cozy atmosphere. Rooms for the small side. Missing refrigerator and safety box. But otherwise perfect with large terrace. A place surrounded by fruit and olive trees. Get the warmest recommendation.

After travelling to reach the property, the last thing we expected was to discover upon arrival that our reservation would not be honored. We had chosen Sopramare Resort specifically to enjoy a stay surrounded by greenery, peace, and the unique atmosphere of a resort. Instead, at check-in we were informed that, due to overbooking, we would be transferred to another hotel. This was particularly disappointing because we ended up staying in a room on the first floor of a separate building, far from the experience we had booked and looked forward to. Although we were allowed to use the resort facilities, the organization felt lacking. There were no pool towels available, and we were told to use the towels from our room instead. However, our room was located in the external hotel, outside the resort, forcing us to walk back and forth whenever we needed them. The bed was also disappointing, as the double bed consisted of two single mattresses pushed together, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. The most unpleasant incident happened in the evening. As we were leaving the resort and walking to the hotel where we had been accommodated, a member of the reception staff followed us, called us by name, and asked us to settle our bar and restaurant bill. We found this embarrassing and unprofessional, especially since such charges are normally paid at check-out the following morning. It left us feeling unfairly treated with suspicion. We understand that overbookings can happen, but what truly matters is how they are handled. After choosing and paying for a specific property, arriving and discovering that you cannot stay there is already disappointing. Unfortunately, the overall management of the situation did little to make the experience better.
