it is rare that I have found so much disappointment, a property that is perhaps saved by the pool above, but you have to come here without knowing that you are in the hotel, because the hotel is at most a two-star, being generous. you ask for something and nothing gets resolved, then the food is terrible now I understand that you can be fully booked with older people, but it is truly a unique disappointment, rating 2 and the hotel should take care of the customers, but instead nothing, they look at you, don't worry, and everything stays the same a disaster rating 2

Do not come. Spoiled food and zero organization

Stayed between June and July 2026. Terrible experience. Upon arrival, the room agreed upon and booked with Ms. Emanuela two months earlier was not available. I was forced to accept a lower category room for the first night and move the next day. I was told rudely, take it or leave it. No apology received. In both rooms (obsolete) the air conditioning was noisy and ineffective. The WiFi was practically non-existent. The pool advertised as panoramic was empty and without safety barriers. The thermal pool, in particular, but also other areas, including rooms, had walls and ceilings that were partially peeling and in need of deep maintenance. Common areas, with the exception of the only restaurant (and not two as advertised on their website), were not air-conditioned. The restaurant lacked ice for the wine bucket because the ice machine was broken. At the pool bar, it was not possible to buy ice cream because the refrigerator was broken. I also had some doubts regarding "safety," having found that the automatic fire doors in the hallways were all blocked with wedges or string, and therefore in the event of a fire, it would have been impossible to compartmentalize automatically (isolate safe zones from those impacted by a potential fire), and some fire extinguishers had inspection dates that had already expired. The only ones to stand out for availability and professionalism were the maître d' and the restaurant waiters.
