La Suite Hotel & Spa

5th time we come to this hotel. Probably not going to be the last. Out goal being to rest, we Love their suite with covered terraces.. Breakfast is just perfect and the team is handling food allergy perfectly. Not by the sea but pool is great.

An experience to forget: absolutely not up to a 4-star standard. We booked a suite for two nights, paying a significant amount and expecting services appropriate to the category of the establishment. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing in almost every aspect. Let's start with the breakfast: the quality was truly poor, with products that seemed to be purchased from a discount store and simply arranged on the buffet. The pastries and cold cuts appeared to be packaged and of very low quality, an incomprehensible choice for an establishment that presents itself as a 4-star hotel. We ordered an omelet and received an unacceptable folded frittata, considering that it is a high-level establishment and provides a service; I will leave a photo of the omelet in the description. The suite was aesthetically pleasing, but smaller than we expected and especially lacking in adequate comforts. The air conditioning system worked poorly and only intermittently, forcing us to keep the window open during the night. The result was a very uncomfortable stay that even caused us health issues. The bathroom amenities were also insufficient: the soap dispensers were almost empty and ran out very quickly, without being adequately replenished. The staff proved to be unhelpful, rude, and often lacking the slightest attention towards the customer. The episode that left the most bitter taste was the request for 180 euros for a late check-out of only four hours, an amount we found completely disproportionate and illogical, especially considering the overall level of service received. In conclusion, a stay that did not remotely meet the expectations created by the price and the category of the hotel. Terrible value for money. We will not return and do not recommend it.

I celebrated my wedding at Hotel La Suite in Procida, and I could not have wished for anything better. The service was smooth, perfectly coordinated, and always attentive to the needs of each individual guest, with a commendable smile and discretion. * **The Food:** Simply sublime. Ingredients of the highest quality, excellent dishes that combine tradition and innovation, and impeccable presentation. All of our guests were enthusiastic about the culinary proposal, from the appetizers to the desserts. A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff at La Suite for transforming our special day into a masterpiece. Highly recommended for anyone seeking absolute excellence in Procida!
