The property is wonderful and overlooks the sea. The house is clean and the owners are very kind and show immense availability. Excellent location (very close to the beach and the center of Forio)

Shameful, cleanliness bordering on gross, ants on the ground all over the room, 3 towels for 7 days, without replacing them (outrageous ). Single beds and uncomfortable, care of the fauna surrounding the rooms equal to zero, in fact we found animals of all kinds in the house. The “very kind” Paco provides a mop and a bucket, but I really can’t describe the level of dirt that mop has, a shame. Horrible room decor, without supports. Cute pool area but not cared for, at all, my cousin came out of red bubbles on the skin immediately after swimming. Anyway, at the end of the day, just pay for it, then it's your shit, that's how it works in the Paco Residence. Neapolitans, if you are reading, do not dare to go, advice made from the heart. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

A three-storey house with separate studios, located on a high steep mountain. Taxis, car hire or fitness are required to walk up a narrow, single-lane street between hotel fences every day, without sidewalks and with sharp turns. Cars keep moving around, and we press ourselves against the wall so we don't get crushed. There are no large double beds in the house. All beds are simple, glued. There's no reception. Autonomous check-in and check-out. If you don't call Paco and ask him to be there, no one will greet you and no one will take you. There is no cleaning either. You have a mop and a bucket to wash yourself. The cleaning staff only cleans before your arrival and after your departure, regardless of the length of your stay. I was there for a month and my friend for five weeks. The janitor only changed our sheets once a month. I don't understand what cocktails and breakfasts previous guests were talking about. They must have got the hotel name wrong. The rooms are very poorly located. If the description of your room does not clearly indicate that it has a sea view, then your windows will either overlook a neglected wall and garden littered with building materials or a staircase that everyone will take while looking into your bed. It's very difficult to solve the problems with Paco, because he refuses at the outset and lies a lot. It took endless diplomatic negotiations to convince him to put a large mattress in my room, because I had bought a room with a large double bed, but I received two single beds glued. Had I not risked complaining to Airbnb's conflict committee, I would have slept on a single bed. Otherwise, the view from the mountain to the sea is pleasant, as from any mountain. Judging by the countless photos of the same pool from all angles, one might have the impression that they are large and numerous. In reality, there are two swimming pools: an average with cold water, and a very small one with hot water for four or five people. You can cook yourself, but the nearest supermarkets are far away. Two microscopic supermarkets on the road are two bus stops away. A normal supermarket is located in the centre of Forio. You have to go to several stops by bus or taxi, then carry the groceries up a steep mountain. In short, if I had been warned of all these difficulties, I would have thought about it. Usually, all hotels on the island offer a free shuttle to Poseidon and Forio several times a day. In addition, all hotels always have a receptionist on duty. Paco saves on everything. So you just rent a studio, and all your problems remain your problems. I don't understand why no one here writes the truth, and everyone gets away with compliments. We must warn against objective and intractable problems. Conclusion: if you are small, thin and ready to sleep in a single bed. Whether you arrive by car or have a substantial budget for a daily taxi. If you don’t mind going to the mop during your holiday. If you don't mind what you see out the window, this option is for you. UPDATE: After my objective assessment of AirBNB, Paco slandered me and my friend by claiming that before leaving, we had to clean the apartment for free. Probably because we are women, not men. He doesn't demand that from his male clients. It's sexist. Thank you for not asking us to do the gardening for free after paying for a whole month spent in a place where other customers stop for a few days.
