Shameful, cleanliness bordering on gross, ants on the ground all over the room, 3 towels for 7 days, without replacing them (outrageous ). Single beds and uncomfortable, care of the fauna surrounding the rooms equal to zero, in fact we found animals of all kinds in the house. The “very kind” Paco provides a mop and a bucket, but I really can’t describe the level of dirt that mop has, a shame. Horrible room decor, without supports. Cute pool area but not cared for, at all, my cousin came out of red bubbles on the skin immediately after swimming.
