First of all, we went to the wrong hotel, we asked for a refund but it wasn't possible, it was our fault so no worries, we have a very nice room. The bed quality is very decent. We are very disappointed because there is no pool and especially because there are a huge number of stairs to get to the hotel and no parking, or an extra charge of 80 € per night. The worst of the worst is the breakfast, we are paying more than 600 € per night. At that price, we should have a breakfast worthy of the name. And here it is a horrible breakfast, hotels at 80 € 100 € have better breakfasts. You are missing fruit juices, impossible to drink, no fresh juice, impossible to get eggs made to order, the cold cuts were very industrial, inedible, and above all there are 108 steps to climb to get to the hotel. We were not very happy despite a very beautiful view.

Wonderful, quiet hotel that was a short taxi ride away from the bustle of El Centro. While there were a few stairways to navigate before arriving at the front entrance, the staff greeted us with glasses of cold, refreshing water. The panoramic view from our room's terrace was breathtaking. Ditto re the view from the terrace restaurant that night at dinner and at breakfast. And dinner at the hotel's restaurant was absolutely superb.

Our stay at Hotel Conca D’oro has been wonderful. The staff has been so friendly and helpful. They got to know you by name and paid attention to your needs. They assisted with scheduling taxis, carrying luggage, giving local recommendations, making reservations, and more. The drinks at the bar were incredible as was the breakfast provided. The rooms are cleaned daily and the common area is extremely clean and welcoming. The views from our balcony room were perfect and the rooftop with small pool is a great addition and another place to enjoy a drink while looking at the town. We could not say better things about all of the staff. Specifically Toto, Gian, Antonio, and Antionette were amazing and we looked forward to seeing them daily. The location is near many restaurants and about a 15 minute walk to the beach and ferry port. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Hotel Conca D’Oro to anyone visiting Positano!
