The hosts offered awful support, we had a problem in the app at the time of making the reservation, which was not confirmed, so we booked another place, after the second reservation, both appeared in the app, when we contacted trying to cancel, the hosts did not pay attention to our request and decided not to return our money, however we explained that we would not stay at the accommodation. I understand that the rule of the app was non-refund, but it was the minimum of common sense and humanity in the actions to resolve this so as not to harm anyone. They're acting out of greed and I hope they don't close any more deals for being that kind of person.

We booked this property first, but Airbnb displayed an error indicating the payment/booking had not completed. Based on that information, we made a reservation at another property. When we returned to the app, we discovered that both reservations had been confirmed, leaving us with two bookings, including this one as non-refundable. We contacted the host immediately—within minutes of the booking. During our phone call, we were told to send a message through Airbnb so the issue could be resolved. After we did, our messages went unanswered, and no effort was made to help resolve a situation that resulted from what appeared to be a booking error. The request for assistance was made almost immediately after the duplicate booking occurred. There was no flexibility or willingness to work toward a reasonable solution. They began ignoring the messages altogether. Based on this experience, I found the communication and customer service to be lacking and would not book with this host again.

we stayed one night and we were really good. we could store our luggage for free, despite we had been accepted to check in very early. the very quiet area and close to a very long street full of shops and very nice bars. it is a 10 minute walk from Garibaldi station, so very convenient to get around by metro or bus. the room was very nice, spacious and we also had a terrace, at the entrance there was also a small kitchen with some table to have breakfast or drink a good coffee☕️ the gentleman who greeted us was really good and kind, in the morning feeling awake offered us a coffee and having a chat, he proposed us for the next time, the organization of tours of the islands by bike. 5 stars well deserved.
