Very bad. Worst place I have ever stayed in. Damp smell. Sewerage smell. All bathrooms were mouldy, the shower heads caked in mould and limescale so only 2 or 3 holes let out water. The towels were supposed to be white but had yellow stains. The paint was peeling off the walls throughout the apartment. There is a reason why the basement is a basement and not meant for habitation. The only source of air was the drains so there was the smell of sewerage. The agent who showed us around was embarrassed at how bad the place was and told us not to open any windows. We got full refund from the booking company after threatening legal action and had to move elsewhere. Very bad. Avoid.

CONS: 1) Upon confirmed check in appointment we were left 1 hour waiting on the street at 38°C (host called us saying that the person was eating his brunch and would be with us in FEW minutes) 2) When finally checked in, we were taken by surprise, as the described apartment was supposed to be on the ground floor, but we had to take 10 steps down below ground floor to the basement. When we demanded explanation, the host said: "this is the ground floor, if you don't like it you can leave" 3) Shortly we had realised that the A/C unit wasn't working in one of the three bedrooms. We contacted immediately the host again (Naples was at the time under the heat waive around 38-40°C). The host answered after a few hours: "We will do our best to solve the problem as fast as we can. Please, consider that this is not an hotel and there is no staff available 24/7" - the problem was only solved the next day 4) Due to basement location, all the sewage drainers smell really bad - that is why there were aromatising devices all over the apartment making you feel sick 5) The towels (hypothetically white maybe few years ago) were filthy, grey, old, badly smelling and having holes!! We had to buy our own towels as using the provided was disgusting 6) The fridge and drawers were dirty and full of hair 7) The cutlery and the plates dirty and even with the labels, indicating that have been never cleaned 8) The A/C in one of three rooms was making so much noise that one couldn't sleep 9) Poor WiFI PROS : Perfect location, nice layout and decoration

Close to a great area full of bars etc, yet the hotel is really quiet. Really liked the setup. Common area (kitchen/dining) is well stocked and modern. Room was great with modern bathroom rainshower and a big comfortable bed.
