It is always a pleasure to stay here, it is like returning/being at home Excellent location, close to many points of interest. Spacious and functional rooms. Very nice hotel, good breakfast, but, one of the reason we booked our stay at this hotel, was the fact that on the hotel website, it was indicated that an airport shuttle was available. When we tried to book the shuttle, the person at the front desk told us that there was no shuttle, but that he could reserve a taxi at a fixed rate (25 euros). Also, on the floor where the breakfast was served, at the exit of the elevator along the wall very close to the breakfast area, there was a trail of ants, very disgusting.

We were welcomed with kindness, good humor, and professionalism. The double room was of correct size, recently renovated, very clean, well soundproofed, with a comfortable bathroom. It faced the interior as per my request; we did not hear any noise of any kind. The breakfast served on the fifth floor in a beautiful, panoramic, and bright room fully satisfied us: excellent pastries and friendly staff. Common areas were tidy and clean. The location in the center, close to the station and line 1 of the subway, is very convenient. Of course, the square is not well-frequented and well-maintained, but we were never approached or bothered. To be fair, the same degradation can be found in several other parts of the city, unfortunately, where hotels are even more expensive.
