Hello The room is clean and decent. Breakfast is not on-site, contrary to what is written in the room. The hotel is covered in scaffolding. The tourist tax is exorbitant: €55 for 2 people for 5 days. No restaurants within 800m. Those noted as being 1 minute away are closed. The neighborhood is very dirty. I do not recommend it.

Excellent. I stayed for four nights and I highly recommend it. Room was clean and big, the hotel is 10 mins or less walking from the central station, the port and the city center. And the service was magnificient, with Giovanni and all the rest of the staff. They were very kind, efficient, and very attentive to solve all my doubts about travelling around the city and the area. Grazie mille!

we arrived and checked in without any problems. entered our room and it seemed ok. then we seen the toilet with a seat that was cracked and unusable. we spoke to the manager and he said he would come replace it we headed out to supper on return the manager told us he would replace the toilet seat in the morning. so we head up to our room.... toilet seat was removed.... so for 2 men trying to sit and not have our bits dangling into the toilet.... we had to hover.... we stayed for 2 nights. the toilet seat was never replaced. we were not offered another room, no compensation. nothing. also the neighbourhood is quite sketchy and felt unsafe for walking at night.
