This 4-star hotel is very centrally located in the city centre (Quartieri Spagnoli), just one block away from Via Toledo (the shopping street). It’s still quiet, though. If you’re travelling to the hotel by metro, get off at Toledo station. We took the bus and metro there, but came back by taxi. It costs €24 and is much more relaxing. We had a very spacious room on the 7th floor with two queen-size beds (great beds – we slept perfectly).It was clean and tidy, with a kettle and fridge. The wardrobe only had hanging space for clothes, no shelves. There were bathroom slippers provided. The window could be opened, but in the city it’s usually too noisy to do so. The air conditioning worked brilliantly. The water pressure in the shower was good enough, though unfortunately it was another rain shower head. The bathroom was small but clean, with shower gel, shampoo and body lotion. Breakfast was good, but not great. The breakfast room is lovely, on the 9th floor and with a fantastic terrace. The bar is also on the 9th floor, and also has a terrace. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. Checkin went smoothly; so did checking out. This hotel is definitely a good choice. Note: The window in room 607 doesn’t close properly, letting in noise from the street. This should be repaired!

We stayed here for 5 nights and the hotel was excellent. Breakfast is on the roof with stunning views towards Mt Vesuvius, the cocktail lounge is also worth visiting to see the city lit up at night. Our room was very clean and comfortable, we opted for a quiet room to the rear as the city is very busy at night. The hotel is a 1 minute walk to line 1 at the Toledo Metro station which takes you everywhere you need to go and connects with trains for Pompeii etc at Garibaldi Central Station. The staff throughout our stay were very friendly and helpful. Our Neapolitan friend recommended this hotel for our 4th visit for a change from the Historic Center( good for afternoons) and seaside (lovely but less convenient). It was perfect for our stay! Good rooms, good service and so well located to all corners of one of our favorite cities! Grazie mille to the lovely staff!!
