Hotel Bella Capri

I don't even know how to start doing this review. I suggest you consider it if you go on a field trip with the school. The location of the hotel is very central and is surrounded by bars and restaurants. The building is completely degraded, there was work in progress with a real construction site in the courtyard. Surely the building is very old if not of the ante Cristo, the most embarrassing thing is that to climb the eight floors, as an alternative to the infinite stairs, there were two MINI elevators that at certain times asked for a 5 cent coin for operation but the most annoying thing is that they were also very old and were almost scary, breakfast was done in a bar and was very scarce and limited (a pasta and a coffee) the positive aspects are few but I want to emphasize them, the rooms were spotless, kept very well and completely renovated and modern, almost paradoxical put inside the building. The most negative aspect was the constant teasing, it seems that they wanted to steal money, continuously, for every little thing was asked for a payment, even just the change of towels had to be paid € 5 which are many, the walls looked like thin, you could hear everything even every little noise coming from the surrounding rooms, on the other hand the bed was quite comfortable and all in all even with the noises I did not sleep badly. Really heavy staff and constantly trying to be smart, even the fact of asking for a deposit of 100 € per room seems absurd, a really high price that makes you immediately question the good intentions of the staff. In all the hotels I've been on a field trip before, such a high, embarrassing bail has never been asked. They always tried to make fun of our teachers too and it was extremely offensive in my opinion. To conclude after the things I said I can not help but strongly advise against it, I am sure there are better hotels in the area.

Horrible. We went on a school trip (50 euros deposit) and they didn’t want to give us back the deposit because while we were out for Herculaneum they made up that the hotel had flooded

The hotel in general is nice, tidy and clean rooms. We found some serious problems: flooding of some bathrooms, tampons found in a room and a bed with blood stains.
