Hotel Calypso

I've never had a worse experience than this, starting when an old lady answers the phone in rude ways. And so it was also in person, however on arrival he charges us immediately, okay I pay and we go to the room. In many hotels visited I have never seen a room worse than that, dirty, open sockets, very narrow bathroom. Return to the reception asking if they had a better room and where the wi-fi worked, nothing to do the lady begins to get annoyed and calls a man who did not even speak Italian well with very rude ways. I ask for a refund, as I have not used the room, tells me no I go to report it. I'm not reporting it. I lost the money, but everyone needs to know.

We went to Pompeii ideally to a different hotel, but was let down and told we didn’t have a booking. We then found this hotel and they were so accommodating. They gave us 2 rooms on 5 mins notice. Very polite and beautiful place to stay. I would Definitely recommend.

Very good option to visit Pompeii. Warm welcome from the property owner. The property is well located, quiet with its shady courtyard and possibility to leave his car in to visit the city center and the Archaeological Park which are reachable on foot.
