Hotel Guiren

Already Naples is a bit anxious because of its dilapidated and its endless hubbub....then take such an Inn ausecour.if the Inn is next to the Central Station; transport and not far from the center;it is located on a street DE.GUEU.LACE.or in the evening have crossed / tramp there;migrant;drunk and small trafficker;very dirty;the morning are entitled to a phony Point of Sale run by Africans;in the evening it is the sound of screams;bottle;aggression of all kinds;as much in Rome I recommend to take Inn near the Main Station(termined)as much in Naples I recommend to be in the center.the type of reception is a very ill-behaved African and it is never the same.... Have offered me a breakfast for 3 rd out there is absolutely no breakfast(screaming mouth) however the Pension is clean and well kept; the rooms are correct.the housekeeper mas hurry a shirt zarra.in short to flee....

DO NOT STAY HERE The location and the room are awful. We immediately felt unsafe. The rooms were unhygienic, and nothing like there pictures. We left immediately and we were promised an instant refund which we never received. We called everyday for our refund but the manager “was never available” Any staff we spoke to in the desk shouted down the phone to us and was rude. When we asked for a name they hung up. Booking.com seemed to be in on the con as they did not help at all and had no intention of helping with a refund. The hotel is terrible. DO NOT STAY HERE

This must be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It was filthy, grim and in the scariest area. Don’t get me started on the bathroom with a toilet brush which was so badly soiled and left with half a loo roll which had excrement on it ! We were booked in for three nights but could only manage one night and then had to find another hotel. Awful place !
